Ugh.  Bad eating weekend.  We had a guest, so we ate out every meal except Saturday breakfast and dinner last night - and by then, the damage was well-done.  149.9 this morning, and I ache from head to toe.  Can you say, "Inflammation"? 

It didn't help that the kitchen sink decided to clog up on Saturday morning, and that we couldn't get a plumber until Sunday morning, and that he was then nearly an hour later than the early boundary of the appointment window.  Or that we had to get up at 4:45 Sunday to be dressed and coherent when our guest left to catch his plane home.  Exhaustion breeds eating, no doubt, and I ate chips and salsa yesterday.  Among other things.  Here's the list:
  • ham, cheese, and tomato omelet
  • bacon
  • sausage
  • strawberries
  • tea with cream
  • cheese
  • chocolate (about 2 oz of 60% cacao stuff from Trader Joes)
  • chips and salsa
  • meatballs with spaghetti sauce
  • three chocolate cherries
There may have been more - the day was just surreal and all I wanted to do was take a nap - and I couldn't fall asleep in my recliner. 

So, back to it.  Probably a fast some time this week, too; they seem to help in inflammation situations.
