Not much to note for yesterday; I mean to do at least sit-ups tonight after work.  We had steak for dinner, so here's the breakdown:
  • scrambled eggs
  • bacon
  • tea with cream
  • the usual supplements
  • cheese (I think it was 5 pieces)
  • steak
  • wedge salad with blue cheese dressing, crumbles, tomatoes and bacon bits
  • iced tea
  • miscellaneous dark chocolate (with almonds, cherries, plain)
  • 3 fauxtmeal cookies
  • walnuts
I'm at 147.4 this morning, essentially no change from yesterday.
