Exercise baselines

As a starting point, here are the baselines for the exercises I outlined last week:

Triceps: 10 reps @ 15 lbs
Biceps: 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Lat pull downs: 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Rows: 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Sit ups: 32
Leg press: 10 reps @ 70 lbs
Quad extensions: 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Pushups: 31 knee pushups
15-minute race walk: 14.5 laps (11.4=1 mile)
Abs machine: 30 reps @ 50 lbs

These were measured either 1/9/12 (sit ups and push ups) or 1/21/12 (everything else).
