I'm starting to think that avoiding eating while at work may be the ticket.  150.8 this morning.  Here's yesterday:
  • tea with cream
  • scrambled eggs
  • bacon (rather a lot)
  • the usual supplements
  • beef jerky (I was really hungry at about 3:00, so I did finally eat)
  • cheese (1 piece at home)
  • naked Philly Cheesesteak
  • cottage cheese
  • about 8 chocolate blueberries
  • a slice of almond bread with butter
And then I was able to stop.  Probably didn't hurt that I filled the evening with making new drip lines for one of the raised garden beds, and installing them, either.  Will keep plugging with this, since it seems to be producing results.
