Tuesday

149.4 this morning; I expect it's delayed reaction from Sunday.  Here's yesterday:
  • scrambled eggs
  • bacon
  • tea with cream
  • the usual supplements
  • salad with avocado, bacon, chicken, cheese, and caesar and ranch dressings (2 helpings)
  • pizza made with the low-carb crust from Fat Head - awesome good
  • two chocolate almonds with sea salt
  • walnuts
That was it.  Which is why I don't think yesterday would have caused weight gain.  Similar pattern today - a salad for lunch and probably hamburger patties and zucchini noodles for dinner (got a spiral slicer for my birthday; gotta use it, obviously).
