Monday

Ate crap yesterday, feeling the effects today.  Also, 151.0.  Here's the details:

  • tea with cream
  • bacon
  • coconut-almond flour biscuits with butter
  • potato chips
  • steak
  • baked sweet potato with butter and sour cream
  • salad with blue cheese dressing
  • trail mix with almonds, cashews, cranberries, and yogurt chips
  • walnuts
Seems like it was more than that, but that's what I recall.  My stomach is a bit upset today.
