Wednesday

More or less fasted yesterday - ate nothing but macadamia nuts until dinner, then had a piece of cheese and a bunch of Mexican food.  150.6 this morning.  Here's yesterday:
  • tea with cream
  • the usual supplements
  • macadamia nuts - fewer than 20, I think
  • cheese
  • chips and salsa
  • three cheese enchiladas with green chile
  • cashews - not very many
That was it.  Short list - weight loss.  Definitely a pattern for me.

Sleep was crap last night; I woke up at 3 am and could not get back to sleep, so I'm running a bit slow this morning.  Not much else to report.
