Friday

152.8, I think, this morning.  So, 3 pounds down for the week.  Not bad - and I'm feeling like I'm finally getting a handle on the knee-strength issue that's been bugging me for about a month, too.  Here's yesterday:
  • tea with cream
  • the usual supplements
  • 2 pieces of deli ham
  • strawberries (about 1/2 pound)
  • macadamia nuts - a lot, mostly after dinner
  • hamburger patty with bacon and cheddar cheese in it
  • most of a sliced avocado
  • two pieces of cheese
  • white wine
That was it.  So, cool!
