Operating on about 3 hours' sleep, maybe less.  Work-related.  150.6 this morning, although zeroing out the scale was weird, so it could be wrong.  Hard to muster the energy to care.
  Yesterday:
  - tea with cream
 - strawberries and cream
 - bacon
 - the usual supplements
 - beef jerky (possibly 2 packages, I was pretty hungry)
 - bouillon
 - two pieces of cheese
 - almond flour bread (which was going bad, I think)
 - pecans and cheese ball
 - 6 or so chocolate blueberries
 
So far today, I've had a fat-bomb smoothie.  Still waiting for the MCT love.  I could be waiting a while.  Going to be a painful day.
