We ended up having (really?) to go out to dinner last night - Lee had a lot of bulk shopping to do. Ended up at Applebees; I had their Bruschetta chicken, which had the tomato-basil stuff on it along with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella - sort of a chicken Meatza, I guess. It wasn't bad. Didn't help with the feeling of overall inflammation, though, either - toward bedtime, I was on the couch wondering what on earth was wrong with my hands - they just felt like they were misaligned, and my arms ached. Ugh.
Here's yesterday's eating:
- Fat Bomb smoothie
- tea with coconut milk
- bacon
- the usual supplements
- walnuts
- possibly a hunk of gruyere
- salad with blue cheese dressing
- iced tea
- chicken with bruschetta
- chocolate blueberries
- cashews
I think that's it - realized late yesterday that I'd forgot to include coconut flakes in the list from the day before. 145.6 this morning, so down a bit more - from how I feel, it's all been water, and still is.
Now that the house is cooler - we had a swamp cooler issue, now fixed - I'm sleeping more soundly, I think, but last night I could tell I was dreaming about discouraging things, although I cannot recall any of the substance. People eating this way have reported more vivid dreams, and I can definitely concur with that one.
So I think we will be having the pork tenderloin tonight, and maybe some grilled peaches as well. And a salad. At least, I hope so.
