Back on the oil yesterday; no obvious change, and I was starving at lunch. 154.6 this morning, and still quite swollen. I slept better last night, though; that's something.
Here's yesterday:
- tea with cream
- the usual supplements
- a slug of tasteless oil
- the innards of a roast-beef sandwich (meat and tomatoes and mustard)
- strawberries (ultimately, about 1/2 pound of them)
- a small bunch of grapes
- potato chips (it was a long meeting - and we had more at dinner)
- hamburger patty with cheese and bacon, and truffle butter on top
- tomatoes and cucumbers in italian dressing
- strawberry ice cream (which I'd been craving all weekend)
- a small handful of cashews
I really hope that's a shorter list than on Sunday. But I'm thinking it's not. Will be having lunch again today - possibly going out in search of a Five Guys burger, and dinner will be pulled pork BBQ and cole slaw, probably with ice cream after. Trying very hard to avoid the chips today.
