149.4 this morning; I expect it's delayed reaction from Sunday. Here's yesterday:
- scrambled eggs
- bacon
- tea with cream
- the usual supplements
- salad with avocado, bacon, chicken, cheese, and caesar and ranch dressings (2 helpings)
- pizza made with the low-carb crust from Fat Head - awesome good
- two chocolate almonds with sea salt
- walnuts
That was it. Which is why I don't think yesterday would have caused weight gain. Similar pattern today - a salad for lunch and probably hamburger patties and zucchini noodles for dinner (got a spiral slicer for my birthday; gotta use it, obviously).
