Ate crap yesterday, feeling the effects today. Also, 151.0. Here's the details:
- tea with cream
- bacon
- coconut-almond flour biscuits with butter
- potato chips
- steak
- baked sweet potato with butter and sour cream
- salad with blue cheese dressing
- trail mix with almonds, cashews, cranberries, and yogurt chips
- walnuts
Seems like it was more than that, but that's what I recall. My stomach is a bit upset today.
