152.8, I think, this morning. So, 3 pounds down for the week. Not bad - and I'm feeling like I'm finally getting a handle on the knee-strength issue that's been bugging me for about a month, too. Here's yesterday:
- tea with cream
- the usual supplements
- 2 pieces of deli ham
- strawberries (about 1/2 pound)
- macadamia nuts - a lot, mostly after dinner
- hamburger patty with bacon and cheddar cheese in it
- most of a sliced avocado
- two pieces of cheese
- white wine
That was it. So, cool!
